ENGLAND (1480-83) EDWARD IV GOLD ANGEL 2nd reign, London. Mint Mark Heraldic Cinquefoil. The Value of six shillings & eight pence. Obverse: St Michael killing a Dragon. Reverse: Ship with arms & mast in the shape of a cross with an 'E' & a Rose each side of the mast. The Angel was one of the only gold denominations issued for the Second reign. A good bold strike with some eye catching detail. Very Fine Condition
