England: (1660-85) King Charles II Gold 1683 Half Guinea. OBVERSE: King's Bust facing Right, 2nd Laur head. Rounded Trun. LETTERING: CAROLVS II DEI GRATIA. REVERSE: Four Crowned Cruciform shields, sceptres in angles . LETTERING: MAG.BR.FRA ET.HIB.REX.1683. EDGE: Vertically Milled. The half guinea is in a Fine Condition (reverse slightly better) . A few dents and scratches . On Reverse under 'A' in MAG is a large dig/spade mark.
