Reverse: King George III portrait in the centre, with outer decorative circle surrounded by symbols of Great Britain and Ireland, King George III's Crown at 12 o clock and imagery of Windsor Castle and a Georgian-style building GR below. Edge milled. This extremely limited issue is the 2oz version identical in design to the gold 5 pound (also listed in this auction) but not to be mistaken with as it is far heavier and with lesser mintage.
