Description
GREAT BRITAIN: (1820 -1830) King George IV 1825 Bare Head Silver Shilling. OBVERSE: Bare head facing Left Legend: GEORGIUS IV DEI GRATIA 1825. REVERSE: The reverse shows a rampant lion standing on the royal crown, with a rose, thistle, and shamrock below, and a surrounding legend reading 'BRITANNIARUM REX FIDEI DEFENSOR'. This Coin would make a great example for a collector, some light scratches in the field between legend and portrait, and also in the field on the reverse, but otherwise a good Very Fine example.
