The One Dollar 1993 - Denver, Colorado with a mintage of 98,883, and the Half Dollar West Point, New York with a mintage of 193,346. Both coins feature James Madison, known as the father of the Bill of Rights. The silver dollar displays his portrait while the reverse shows his Virginia home, Montpelier. The half dollar's obverse shows him penning the document with the inscription father of the bill of rights, and the reverse bears the torch of freedom. The set is not F.D.C but comes encapsulated, cased and certificated.
