Celebrating the 225th Anniversary since its founding. To commemorate this special event, the US Mint launched an exclusive silver medal struck at the Philadelphia facility which showcases the stunning new Lady Liberty design - Liberty depicted as an African-American woman wearing a crown. Reverse: Displays an American symbol of strength - the powerful bald eagle in flight. Engravings include "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,” and the “P” mintmark." Designer - Chris Costello.
