USA: Liberty Head (1877-1907) Value Spelled 1899 Philadelphia Mint Gold $20 Coin. Double Eagle. Obverse: Head of Liberty to Left & the word Liberty is placed on the Coronet, Date below trun. Reverse: Double Eagle with wings extended on top of a bundle of arrows with an olive branch & the Motto above Eagle "IN GOD WE TRUST" Edge: Reeded. The coin has seen some circulation with scuffs to the obverse cheek, the field and similar on the reverse, however there remains some good detail to the hair and eagles wings.
