Obverse: Designer is Ian Rank-Broadley. Elizabeth II bust facing right. In small letters below the head is the designer's initials. Legend: ELIZABETH. II.DEI.GRA REGINA.FID.DEF. Reverse: Designer is Timothy Noad. In centre within a wreath of laurels, the crowned Royal Arms of the United Kingdom. The shield is quartered, depicting in the first and fourth quarters the three passant guardant lions of England; in the second, the rampant lion and double tressure flory-counterflory of Scotland; and in the third, a harp for Ireland. The date 2002 is below the ribbon tying the wreath. Edge: Milled. Graded by NGC MS70 DPL.
