BYZANTINE EMPIRE: AD 613-616 Heraclius, Gold Solidus. Obverse: Heraclius facing bust of Herclius, on left, and smaller facing bust of Heraclius Constantine, on right, both wearing chlamys and elaborate crown with cross; cross above. Reverse: Cross potent on three steps; I in right, CONOB in exergue. The coin is extremely fine, clipped and wavy flan with a detailed obverse.
