Obverse: Ian Rank-Broadley FRBS fourth portrait of Queen Elizabeth II facing right. Reverse: Scottish Saltire cross with a cyclist and sprinter running. 'XX' signifying the twentieth Commonwealth games . Designer Alex Loudon.
