GREAT BRITAIN: (1830-1837) King William IV 1837 Gold Sovereign. Obverse: Head of William IV Bust facing Right. W.W. Incuse at bottom of trun. Legend: GULIELMUS IIII D:G:BRITANNIAR:REX F:D: Reverse: Shield surmounted by Crown. Reverse Lettering: ANNO (bottom Left in field) & date (bottom Right in field) Edge: Milled. The coin was originally slabbed but has been removed. A really clean field with good detail to the obverse and reverse with just minimal wear to the high points. With provenance and an interesting background. Extremely Fine Condition.
