ENGLAND : (1727-60) King George II 1739 GOLD TWO GUINEA (Ex-Mount). Obverse: King's Bust facing Left. Second Portrait. Legend: GEORGIUS.II.DEI.GRATIA. Reverse: Crowned Shield & Date divided by Crown. Legend: M.B.F.ET.H.REX.F.D.B.ET.L.D.S.R.I.A.T.ET.E EDGE: Diagonally Milled. The coin looks like it's been heated which is usually a sign it's been mounted. Despite this the coin has no solder to the edge or break in the milling and is in a very fine condition with nice detail to the obverse and reverse.
