Reverse: In centre, Shield with Repositioned Legend & surmounted by a crown with laurel branches on each side. Legend; BRITANNIARUM REGINA FID: DEF: Edge: Inscription with incuse lettering : DECUS ET TUTAMEN ANNO REGNI VIII - Translation 'An ornament and a safeguard in the eight year of her reign'. Cinquefoil stops.
