VICTORIA: (1837-1901) 1840 Penny Black Stamp in folder, and 1840 TwoPenny Blue Stamp in folder. Both stamps are extremely desirable for collectors and were both issued with the Young head of Queen Victoria. The Twopenny Blue is a much scarcer stamp than its famous twin as the demand for the higher denominations was relatively small. Presented by Westminster in leatherette folders.
