TURKISH: RARE - Recorded mintage just 375! Altho issued in the name of Ataturk's republic, this five hundred kurush matches the old Ottoman five hundred kurush (KM 823) in weight and style. It was issued in small numbers 1925-29. No gold coins have been issued for circulation since.
